Our youth martial arts program helps children develop confidence, focus, discipline, coordination, fitness, and self-esteem in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

Students learn through a blend of Combat Submission Wrestling, No-Gi grappling, and STXKICKBOXING fundamentals. Classes are designed to help children improve listening skills, movement, teamwork, and personal responsibility while having fun on the mat.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches students how to control position, escape bad situations, and apply submissions using timing, leverage, and technical skill.

STXKICKBOXING blends timing, movement, footwork, combinations, and defensive awareness into a complete striking system designed by Erik Paulson.

Built from Boxing, Savate, Muay Thai, Panantukan, Jun Fan Kickboxing, and Dutch-style striking, STXKICKBOXING develops technical precision while remaining highly effective for competition, mixed martial arts, and personal protection. Filipino Martial Arts

Weaponry, Movement, Flow, And Adaptability

Filipino Martial Arts teaches students how to move, angle, flow, and adapt through both weapon-based and empty-hand training.

This system includes a broad spectrum of weaponry along with sophisticated empty-hand skills such as boxing, trapping, positioning, and grappling. Because the principles apply whether armed or unarmed, students learn to understand distance, timing, body angling, and movement in a practical and intelligent way.
